Christmas was a much needed break and we enjoyed every minute with family.
The Kids...
Of course spending time with the nieces and nephews was one of the highlights. Here are a couple of my favorite pictures.

Ella LOVED her Honduras jersey so much she put it on right away and played soccer. :-) |
|
Katie enjoyed opening gifts but wasn't as excited about her jersey. :-) |
|
Zachary was ALWAYS smiling! |
|
Koda is growing up too fast. He's such a cutie! |
|
:-D I don't even know what to say. haha Kyndal was such a mess! She loved the Honduran purse we gave her. |
|
Kaleb and his best friend, Lady. He would sit at the door for ever watching her. |
|
They are best friends! They play so well together! |
New (soon to be) Brother-in-Law...
Jason and Lori were engaged in the fall so we didn't get to celebrate with them (or see the ring) till Christmas. Jason fits right in with the family and we have already enjoyed this new addition. :-)

They're so cute! Congrats guys! |
The New House...
After two months of my parents living in the new house (their old one burned down in February) we were able to see it for ourselves! It was beautiful! According to the state of VA (my drivers license) it's our home too. haha So we moved all of our stuff in over Christmas break. :-)

First Christmas tree in the New House!! |
Rest or lack thereof...
Even though we were on break I believe we were busier during those two weeks than we ever are back home in Honduras. Thankfully there were moments we could just sit back and relax. We are so thankful we had the opportunity to visit family! The first week back to school was hard because we were adjusting to the time change (again) and going to bed early/waking up early. But it was all worth it! :-)
